Payment Policy
Bare Threads accepts payment by credit card and Paypal.
Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When paying with Paypal, shipments must go to the address on the Paypal account and the address must be confirmed.
California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%.
Due to rampant fraud in some countries, we reserve the right to refuse orders from any country that we deem too risky to ship to. List will be provided upon request.
Shipping Policy
Bare Threads offers FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $100.00. We offer FREE shipping on International orders over $250. For domestic orders under $100.00, we offer a flat shipping fee of $7.00. We ship all orders with UPS or USPS.
We ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours, which are 8 :00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders generally ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Shortly after your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
For international orders, USPS rates will apply.
International customers are responsible for all tariffs, duties and taxes.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bare Threads. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return your item to Bare Threads for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable, except for defective items. If an item is deemed to be defective, then the original shipping charges will be refunded.

We will exchange your item(s) after we examine the returned product and determine it is unused and/or unworn, in the same condition as shipped.
Bare Threads reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise after 45 days. Please e-mail Bare Threads at salesteam@barethreadsonline.com for authorization to return merchandise (for exchange only)after 45 days.
All items must have original tags attached and be in new and unworn condition. Accessories such as sunglasses, candles, and jewelry must be in new, unused condition to be processed for a refund.
If an item is deemed to be defective upon receipt and inspection by Bare Threads, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.
SORRY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!
Obvious fraud will be treated as such.
Return Procedure
When making a return, please complete the return/exchange form included with your order and place it with the item you are returning. Please include your packing slip with your return. If you are making an exchange for a different item, Bare Threads will credit the original shipping price, if applicable, to the new order.

We recommend using a shipping service that offers a tracking number. Bare Threads is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping, or that do not have an identifying packing slip attached.
Please allow 7 to 14 days after we receive the returned item for a credit to appear on your credit card or paypal account.
