Do I have to create an account to shop at Bare Threads Online?

No. You can add items to your shopping cart and check out without ever creating an account or password. You have the option of creating an account with us, and your customer information will be saved for future shopping trips. However, for your security we do NOT save your credit card number.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within a day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves our premises. Click here for more information about shipping costs and procedures.

Can I return my order if I am not happy?

Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return your item to Bare Threads for exchange or refund.

All items must have original tags attached and be in new and unworn condition. Accessories such as sunglasses, candles, and jewelry must be in new, unused condition to be processed for a refund.

When making a return, please complete the return/exchange form included with your order and place it with the item you are returning. Please include your packing slip with your return. If you are making an exchange for a different item, Bare Threads will credit the original shipping price, if applicable, to the new order.
